*For large (6 Quart ice cream makers double the recipe)
Ingredients
- 2 Cups of Dole Soft Serve Mix (Pineapple)
- 1 Cup of Pineapple Juice
- 5 Cups of Water
- 2 Bags of Ice
- 1 Box of Rock Salt
Preperation
- Begin by chilling the ice cream maker container in the freezer
- Add Water, Pineapple Juice, and Dole Mix in the contianer
- Place container in ice cream mixer and add ice with rock salt in layers
- Add ice as it melts
