Porcupine Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups of Butterscotch Chips
  • 1 Cup of Peanut Butter
  • 3 Cups of Mini Marshmellows
  • 4 Cups of Chow Mein Noodles

Preperation

  1. Place the chips in a pan and carefully melt them over very low heat
  2. Remove from heat and mix in the peanut butter
  3. Add the marshmellows and the noodles and stir until everything is coated
  4. Using a spoon, place on to a cookie sheet covered in wax paper
  5. Chill in the fridge before serving
